Teya Technologies LLC is an Alaska Native-owned 8(a) certified Small Disadvantaged Business that conducts business with both Federal and Commercial clients to create employment and dividends for our shareholders.


Teya Technologies, LLC. (TeyaTech) is an Alaskan Native Corporation formed under Salamatof Native Association, Inc. Salamatof was formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971 (ANCSA). We are governed by a stable experienced board of directors, accomplished executive officers and skilled management staff who are accountable to 129 shareholders.

Teya Tech began business specializing in Construction management, information, and communication services in 2005 and shortly thereafter became a certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business. By 2006 TeyaTech was named "2006 Alaska Native Corporation of the Year". The Executive Officers contribute their success to mobilizing the right people using proven methodologies delivering reliable, timely and effective results.
